Tasneem and Hasan Malik
Tasneem and Hasan have been running Green Zameen Farm together since they got married in 2016. Tasneem spent several years prior to that accumulating experience on various vegetable farms in her home state of Ohio, while Hasan was operating his tree care business and nursery, Tree Authority. Brought together by their shared love of growing things, they now manage Green Zameen Farm and Tree Authority together, with the help of a team of dedicated and hardworking employees. They are at Headhouse farmers market in Philly most Sundays–stop by and say hi!
Abigail Reiter
Abby started at Green Zameen in spring 2018 and has proved herself an indispensable part of the team. She graduated from Delaware Valley University in May 2017 with a degree in Sustainable Agriculture Systems and spent the summer living in Tennessee working for a non-profit home repair organization. Prior to graduation she spent four years managing a small CSA on her family’s farm in Lancaster County. She is looking forward to being at the Lansdale Farmer’s Market on Saturdays!
